Grace has been a psychotherapeutic counsellor working with adults and young people (from 13 years) for the past 8 years, supporting clients in a range of settings, including schools, crisis services, online and GP surgeries. For Grace the relationship with her clients is at the heart of the work she does. Together you can explore feelings and experiences at your pace, helping you to gain insight and build self-awareness, so you can move forward with confidence and resilience. Grace focuses is on supporting clients dealing with anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence and identity issues. Grace also has a special interest in supporting clients managing women's health and pain issues such as endometriosis.
Grace is a kind and gentle counsellor who will support you to understand yourself, your needs and build a life worth living.
