About

Grace has spent the last eight years working alongside adults and young people (13+), in schools, crisis services, GP surgeries and online. She's drawn to longer-term work, the kind where there's real room to get to know someone, understand where their patterns came from, and work through what's underneath them together.

A lot of Grace's work sits with trauma, shame and burnout, and with the bigger questions of identity: how we feel about ourselves, our gender, our sexuality, our neurodivergence, and who we actually are underneath everything we've had to become to get by. She also works with people moving through transitions of all kinds, a new diagnosis, a relationship ending, leaving school or university, a career change, becoming a parent, or simply becoming someone different to who you used to be.

Grace is neurodivergent-affirming in practice, not just on paper. She's late-diagnosed Autistic herself, having spent years quietly working things out before her diagnosis arrived, and that process taught her a lot about understanding yourself with more kindness. It shapes how she works with clients now.

She also lives with a chronic health condition and manages ongoing pain, so if you want a therapist who won't need endometriosis, chronic pain or health-related exhaustion explained to them from scratch, that's Grace.

For shorter or more focused pieces of work, she also supports clients with nervous system regulation, mind-body approaches, practical tools, psycho-education, and women's health.

Above all, Grace believes the relationship between you and your therapist is what makes therapy work. She brings warmth, patience and her full attention to that, and she won't ask you to perform wellness for her. She's a human, doing work she cares about, sitting across from another human trying to figure things out.

What they can help with

Grace loves to focus, especially in longer-term work on:

  • Trauma
  • Shame
  • Burnout
  • Identity, including how you feel about yourself, your gender, your sexuality and your neurodivergence
  • Neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD, and late diagnosis)
  • Life transitions

She is also happy to work with, including shorter or mid-term pieces of work:

  • Nervous system regulation & mind-body work
  • Practical tools & psycho-education
  • Chronic health conditions & pain (including endometriosis)
  • Women's health
  • Short to mid-term, focused work

They might be the right fit if ...

  • You want to work with someone long-term and go deep, not just manage symptoms
  • You're Autistic, ADHD, or think you might be, and want a therapist who gets it without you having to translate yourself first
  • You're carrying shame or burnout that's been there a long time
  • You're figuring out who you are, including your gender, sexuality, or identity more broadly
  • You live with chronic pain or a chronic health condition and want a therapist who understands that in your body, not just in theory
  • You're in the middle of a big life transition and need somewhere steady to think it through

September 2026: Grace has current availability for new clients, with immediate starts. Contact us for more information.

If you're looking for longer-term work around trauma, identity or neurodivergence, or a therapist who properly understands chronic pain and how it can sit alongside being Autistic or ADHD, Grace could be a strong fit. She also has capacity for shorter, more focused work if that's what you need right now.

Outside the therapy room

Grace sews her own clothes, does yoga, and is always adding to her plant collection. She's recently got a new puppy, Olive, a collie cross, who currently outranks everyone in the house. Most weeks you'll find her out walking, either with Olive or with friends.
