About
Charlotte works with adult clients who are exploring their neurodivergence; recovering from trauma; managing their anxiety and/or depression; and working on their interpersonal relationships. Charlotte qualified in 2024 and has much experience in supporting clients who are diagnosed or questioning their probable neurodivergence. She has extensive knowledge and understanding of safeguarding. Charlotte is a straightforward, empathetic, and kind counsellor who can help you to identify unhelpful patterns of behaviour that may be impacting your wellbeing and relationships.
