About
Abi works with adolescents from 11 years up and adults. She qualified as a counsellor 4 years ago and is a self diagnosed ADHDer. She has a passion for working with young people especially those realising they are neurodivergent. She has a wealth of experience both personally and professionally in neurodivergence and in working with the LGBTQIA+ community.
Abi is a very warm, gentle therapist that can help you or your young person understand themselves and find ways to live a more happy and contented life.

Bio
Outside of being a counsellor Abi is a mum, dog mum to a gorgeous Labrador and a big book lover. She's also an ex people pleaser who loves supporting her clients to truly understand themselves and live lives that they love and fulfils them!
